His message to you is simple and straight forward:

The focus in my career has been the creation, direction, and management of turnaround teams. These teams substantially improved the bottom line of the companies that I served.

My formal education includes a B.S. in Industrial Supervision with a minor in Industrial Engineering (1980 Purdue University) in addition to numerous seminars and mentoring programs.

I have also had the pleasure of learning through mentoring and implementing the Deming philosophy in numerous business environments and countries (as the life styles and techniques are practiced in the Toyota Manufacturing System in Japan and also in the Western Hemisphere).

My technical experience includes many components and sub-assemblies for aircraft, numerous military ordinances and applications, automotive, locomotive, industrial and off-highway machinery, cell phones, surgical prosthesis, and radar, in addition to meat/food/dairy, chemical and pharmaceutical processing.

A short list of some of the processes with which I have expertise include but are not limited to: turbine engines, torque converters, pumps, roller one-way clutches, clutches for transmissions and winches, long travel dampers, friction plates, brake bands, forgings, stampings, die castings, bearings, plastic injection moldings, gray iron castings - food processing including meats/foods/dairy items and processing of weapons grade/laboratory and pharmaceutical chemicals.
